  • Processing Time: All orders require up to 2 business days for handling and processing before shipment.
  • Delivery Time: After processing, items will be shipped with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 Business Days for most parts of Canada. Atlantic Canada could take 4-9  Business Days: Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Northern Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut may take 7-10 Business Days. The exact delivery time may vary based on the carrier(Canada Post) and the destination.  
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the items. The cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product does not match its description on our website. If an item is not as described, the buyer is eligible to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items: If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase, returns will not be accepted. All sales are final unless the product description is proven to be inaccurate.
